Loopback mode also works on the simulator (no need for the shortcut - it's
always in loopback mode). However, loopback mode is only useful for
debugging apps which use the exchange manager. If your app talks to the IR
library rather than the exchange manager, I'm afraid you're out of luck. If
you're using IrCOMM, there might be a way, but for IrLAP, IrLMP, etc I don't
think there are any debugging tools.
