Before I call NetLibOpen, I want to set network interface, programatically.
I use NetLibIFAttach to attach an new interface and the creator equals
netIFCreatorPPP, Also use NetLibIFSettingSet to set parameters. However,
it does not work!!
When I call NetLibOpen, it still open the old default network interface. Is
this wrong procedure or I must have missed something. Please help. Thank
you very much.
