I'm curious about this message. I have several users who report the same thing. I can only get it if I try to start the HotSync Manager on the desktop and the serial port is busy. I don't see how resetting a Palm will fix it since it occurs even before the Palm is placed on the cradle. It seems like it is a desktop thing. Do these errors appear on the Palm or the Desktop? -Ken > ---------- > From: > [EMAIL PROTECTED][SMTP:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Reply To: Palm Developer Forum > Sent: Wednesday, April 05, 2000 12:35 PM > To: Palm Developer Forum > Subject: RE: Unable to initiate HotSync because the serial port is in > use by a another ... > > > > Thanks Richard.
