You can Derez with Windows as it is. The trick is that you will need to add
a new File Mapping to the File Mappings panel for type RSRC, file extension
.rsrc and the compiler set to Rez. Leave the other flags to the default.
Once you have added this, when you right-click on a .rsrc file in the
Project window you will see the option to Disassemble, otherwise known as
De-Rez.
This will generate a .r file out of the .rsrc file.
