Palm operating system development documentation says: "A serial driver
(sdrv) is a code resource (ID = 0) that is independently compiled and
installed on a Palm device."
I know that buttons, pull down menus etc. are recourcies and their format
is quite clear but what kind of format does "code recource" have? How
should I do it? Is there some kind of tool for writing them or should I use
Notepad or similar? Is it possible to use Code Warrior Lite and Constructor?
