Put your .pdb file in the install directory and flip
the registry flag to tell it to install files the next time
hotsync is run.
As for creating the .pdb file, someone recently
posted the URL for "PAR" -- a utility that lets
you look at .pdb files. It comes w/ source and
a library that you can use to read/write .pdb
files yourself.
