You need the PalmOS gcc programming environment which currently exists in the
form of the prc-tools package. However, there are two competing versions of
this package. I'm the maintainer of one of them, which can be downloaded from
ivan.Harhan.ORG via anonymous FTP. Get file
/pub/embedded/palmos/prc-tools.0.6.0beta.tar.gz
My package comes with extensive documentation and examples, everything you need
is inside.
Others on this list can tell you about the other version.
