HowY may be referring to the fact that we don't think the New Float
Manager is very new any more, so in the 3.5 SDK NewFloatMgr.h has
(rather unfortunately IMHO, but there you go) become FloatMgr.h.
This can be worked around with a little ingenuity. :-)
