In the "Targeting_Palm_OS.pdf" file that comes with CodeWarrior 6, as
well as in the printed manual for CodeWarrior 5, it says that you
should use APPL in all upper case. This won't work and I spent ages
trying to figure out why my application wasn't working after I had
changed this as well as a bunch of other options.
Maybe if someone from Palm is listening in, they might want to look
into this slight documentation flaw.
