We are trying to use the Brachmann print drivers on Macintosh Codewarrior,
and have not been able to successfully compile and build the included
samples.
For example, the PageManager example.
We receive resource erorrs during build, and the resources seem to be
invalid - resedit does not recognize them as having resource forks, and
even constructor will not open them.
We are at wits end -
Has anyone been able to get Brachmann print drivers to work on Macintosh?
Or compile their samples? Brachmann says they do not have access to a mac
to test, so they can't provide support. Can someone else please help?
