Nope. The command bar just does bitmaps. It isn't a form, you don't have
access to events on it, etc.
Depending on your app, you might want to have your own mechanism instead of
the command bar, which you could bring up when you see the command bar
event (and thus you'd return TRUE saying you handled the
menuCmdBarOpenEvent.)
