OS 3.0.0 and StrPrintF - a BUG???

Hi:

I noticed that OS 3.0.0 doesn't seem to support the "*" flag as in

StrPrintF (segmentNumberStr, "%0*hd", 3, 1 + 1);

Am I correct? Any other OS doing this? What's a fix? Best regards, Paul
