CW4.0 Lite

I use CW4.0 Lite.
But I can't use BmpCreate() function.
I found that PalmOS 3.5 SDK has bitmap.h file which declares this function.
can I use 3.5 SDK header files and library instead of default CW4.0 header
files
and library.
If it's possible, how should I do?
