Constructor 1.2 (in R6) has a bug in which it uses 100% of CPU. This may
result in the situation you are seeing if a lot of processes are running at
the same time. If possible I would suggest shutting down other applications,
such MS Office, the CW IDE and DevStudio IDE if you have it running. If
possible I would also recommend updating your CW for Palm R6 install to use
the Palm OS 3.5 SDK since the 3.5 SDK comes with an updated Constructor and
other plugins that fix some problems in the original R6 installation.
