We do the same check for the Personal for this reason:
Customers report an error (we check at startup for enough memory) that
the app can't allocate enough memory to get going. We reply and ask if
they have a Personal, in which case we refund their purchase. Having a
dialog which clearly states "we don't support the Personal, contact us"
cuts down on one round-trip support email, so it's worth it.
While I'm here: does anyone know where on the web I can find
documentation on the color ImageViewer/FireViewer format?
Thanks,
Lee
