Heather,
The IIIc runs a IIIc ROM, but I think you are asking about the OS version (which is
3.5 on a IIIc). You can find this by going to the home screen, tapping the menu
button, and going into Info. in that screen, choose Version from the bottom of the
screen, and the top line of the screen (at least on my un-altered IIIc) says "PalmOS
software v. 3.5.0".
