Hi John,
Can you clarify what you mean by 'how to install CW'? I don't mean to sound
sarcastic, but beyond double-clicking on ths installer to run it I'm not
sure how else you would do it. If you could let me know I'll be happy to
look into it, or suggest workarounds if there is a problem.
