Env: Win98, CW6, 3.5 SDK, Constructor 1.5b6 (file version 1.5.0.9) I've replaced a number of 1bpp bitmaps with bitmap families and added 8bpp versions. I've changed the bitmap id fields of the form bitmaps to refer to the new bitmap families. No problem with seven out of eight of them but one is screwed up. The next control on the form after the errant form bitmap (bitmap is 1203 and there's a button numbered 1204) get's screwed up. POSE complains that resource 1204 is off the screen and displays coordinates that are not even close to what they're supposed to be. I tried deleting the bitmap family, it's related bitmaps, and the form bitmap and adding them back. The new version of the form bitmap was renumbered to 1215 and now another button, numbered 1216 (a clue!), is screwed up in the same manner. So... Somehow I've managed to screw up constructor or the resource compiler or some other step in between.
