I don't think you can do what you want. The Address book application specifies its own creator code as well as the vcf extension when beaming an address. The logic used by the exchange manager to determine which application should get an incoming beam starts by looking for an application on the device with the specified creator code. If such an application exists, as it does in this case, it uses it, never looking at the application registered for the vcf extension. To me, this is an argument not to specify a creator code when beaming using a standard format.
