There are two main ways of doing this that are both fairly similar. The
first is to use categories. You simply put records in whatever categories
make sense and then use the appropriate category read functions to move
them. The other alternative is to use the modifed bit - which is really
only a simplified way of doing the same thing as categories. You can use
it as "yes/no" sync bit.
Selecting records on the PC is not terribly useful - you will find that to
determine if you need to select a records you have already transfered it
anyway - if you don't select it, the transfer will have been a waste.
