Tutorial: There is a Palm OS Tutorial (Win).pdf inside the Palm OS Tutorial
directory where you find the directory containing
the MemoPad 00 - MemoPad 21. This document outlines all of the changes from version
to version of the memopad to show you all of
the basics. It isn't the best tutorial I have seen, but for someone new to
CodeWarrior it is the best documentation on how to do
everything that you will find. The normal docs list all of the functions and objects,
but without examples it is often difficult
to get them to work. These tutorials and the accompanying PDF file give you all the
examples you should need.
Fonts Problem: You may or may not experience a problem. If you open constructor
and notice that the layout you have on it
doesn't accurately represent the layout of the same form while on the Palm then your
fonts are out of whack. The solution is to
open your C:\windows\system\font folder in explorer and close it, then reboot your
machine. This, for some reason, forces Windows
to re-load all fonts and the ones you get for CodeWarrior will now function properly.
