There is none. The Launcher shows the data in the 'tver' resource.

I don't know why the Launcher's display would change, unless there's another
database with the same creator. You can have any number of databases with
the same type and creator. (For applications, the type is always 'appl'.)
They must all have distinct names though. In this case, the launcher will
use the database with the higher version number. It will show this
database's name, icon, and tver. It will launch this database when you tap
on it.

I suggest starting with a fresh Poser session for each experiment if you
want to be sure you don't have more than one version loaded at once. You
don't have to worry about this if you always use the same name for your
database.
