That makes more sense, but it doesn't answer the question as to how 
the App Launcher uses that to calculate the version number it shows. 
Our PDB file has its own creator code so that users can delete the 
PRC and not the PDB. Setting the PDB version # to anything other than 
zero results in Launcher showing V 3.5 for the version info.
