Dear Forum Members,
Today we took the unusual step of banning a member of the Palm Developer
community from the Developer Forums -- specifically, we banned Michael
Sokolov. This is not a decision that we took lightly and is a decision we
regret having to make.
While we genuinely feel that Michael's work and insight are valuable for the
Palm economy, his behavior on this forum has been disruptive and
disrespectful.
Our developer forums serve a wide range of developers -- from beginners to
advanced. To serve the developer community most efficiently, the forums
need to remain a place where people feel welcome to post any type of
technical question without fear of being flamed.
If you'd like to respond to this message, please email me personally instead
of starting a new thread on the forum.
