The examples provided with the older SDKs were only set up for CodeWarrior.
Two of the examples in the 3.5 SDK -- Puzzle and Finger -- have makefiles
and .rcp files. Unfortunately I didn't have time to convert any more of
the examples at the time.
The source code for the other examples is still a good guide, and you can
write makefiles for them (following Finger's as a guide) and compile the
source without too much difficulty. Alas, I don't know of a reasonable
way to get resources for them without Constructor and elbow grease, so
you can't make a runnable .prc file...
