Is there any Palm VII emulator ?

Hi,

I'd like to experiment webclipping with the tutorial provided by Palm at 
http://www.palm.com/devzone/webclipping but I can't get a
Palm VII since I'm in France. Anybody knows if there's an emulator which can be used 
fo that ?
