No, he can't do this. This is a direct violation of copyright laws and a
violation of the agreement you agreed to if you downloaded from the
clickwrap area.

I agree that Jay probably cannot send the ROM image file out of country, but can't
Thomas get the ROM downloader and get the ROM image from an actual Palm VII?
I don't see this as a violation of anything. Am I missing something?
