your email address means squat here.. if all has to do with your
IP address that you are using when you request to download the
files.
i have successfully downloaded the 3.5 and VII rom images from
a number of machines..
1. USA:
- while visiting the USA, logged on and downloaded.
2. Sweden:
- machine at work (with a .com extension), was told
the machine "appears to come from USA" - downloaded
3. Sweden
- machine at home (with a .se extension), was told
the machine "appears to come from Sweden" - downloaded
if you have signed the NDA agreements and have access to the
provider pavillion - then you should be able to download the
files as long as a reverse DNS check reveals that you are in
a country that will allow the export of these files.
thats my experience.
