I'm having the same problem from Florida. I think it's because they
may be transitioning the old www.palm.com site over. I received an
email from them stating that they were getting ready for a full launch
of the new palmos.com site. So, perhaps things on that side of their
web will be down for an hour or so. In the meantime, you can still
get to www.palm.com and access everything from there.
