Debugging PilotMain in CW

I'm new to CodeWarrior (from gcc). For some reason when its debugger
starts up it can't find the symbols (and hence can't debug/trace) in the
main file for my application (the one with PilotMain, etc). All other
files debug fine...is there a trick to this?
