I took a look at the sources, and it seems you're right: prior to Palm OS
3.2, it didn't properly distinguish between UInt32 and Int32 in this
routine. But that was fixed in Palm OS 3.2.
Could you please try it with a 3.2, 3.3 or 3.5 rom and confirm that you get
the right behavior?
