I've written MacFork (http://www.zorglub.com/pilot/) which does a great job
at converting resource back and forth between Mac and PC. I use it all the
time since I do all my programming on the PC and all the resource editing
on an iMac. It does have however some hefty requirements. You have to be
running on the PC side WIndows NT Server with Services For Machintosh
installed and the resources have to be on an NTFS drive which is mounted on
the iMac side. Once you're setup though, converting resources in one
direction or another is just a matter of hitting a button, so you can keep
a pretty fast edit-compile-test cycle.
