I know this is a basic question and has popped up many times on this
board. But still I like to get this thing cleared up before I use
them.
In what situations do you use MemHandleNew and what situations guide
the use of MemPtrNew?
I have read some documents which say use MemHandlePtr for data that
will be used for very short or long lifespan and MemHandleNew for
occasional used data. But what is considered too short and what is too
long?
