HAve you selected the right user with the HotSync Select the Setup in
HotSync and then Network. It's possible when you change your name after
the hard-reset that HotSync thinks it's someone else his Palm and he
doesn 't do anything.

Hi everybody!
I was coding under CodeWarrior testing my program and I've done a
debug
directly on the Palm (I've tested on POSE and it worked!). My Palm has
been iddle in the "Palm Computing" screen (the screen that you get
when
you made a reset) and I've not been able to reset it when I've stoped
the debug session on CW (usually, when I stop the debugging session on
CW, it makes a reset). After that, I've done a "hard reset" and it
didn't work...
Well, after some trys, the hard reset worked and my Palm was restored
to
a PalmOS 3.3 version (i erased all my data...). The problem is that
now
I can't syncronize my Palm with my desktop. The Hotsync program under
Windows is launched and running but, when I put my Palm on his desk
and
push the Hotsync button, nothing happens, and if I get something, it's
an error message from the Palm! I've upgraded my ROM version to the
3.5,
but since "the reset" I've got the 3.3 version. I thinked that my
Desktop application was on the last version, so I reinstalled the
older.
This dind't work! I thinked also that my COM port was badly
configured,
but this was not the problem... Finally, I've even thinked that it
could
be a shortcut problem on my Palm, but I don't think that this is right
possible...
The facts: my Palm runs right now, but I can't do the hotsync.
How can I resolve this problem? What can I do now? Does anyone ever
have
this problem?
Thanks a lot!
