First of all, if you're using CodeWarrior R6, you will need to install the
update 3.5sdk. There is a bug concerning this.
Now all you have to do is create 2 icons in your resource. The first icon
will have an ID of 1000 and the second list view icon will have an ID of
1001. When you create your 2nd icon, you will notice that the appearance of
the drawing area is just as large as the first icon you created. However,
this is deceiving. Only the top left selection of 15x9 pixels will be
displayed. To help your icon stay within the bounds, you might wish to draw
an outline around this area. This outline won't be displayed anyway.
