I believe I ran into that problem before... I'm not sure what it was now. Try these steps to narrow down the problem. #1 Install something else #2 Delete the program completely off the palm, and then do a hot sync to install it #3 Do a cold reset (by putting the pen end into the opening in the back of the palm) If I remember what it was, I'll let you know asap. To make the sync go faster while you're testing (if you don't want those other items to sync) just disable them in Palm Desktop. HotSync->Custom...
