Hey, if PalmName can change the name, then it must very well be
possible to change it programmatically. Anyone have any ideas how
you would do that, though? I looked through DLServer.h, Preferences.h,
and even through SysTraps.h (for any undocumented functions that could
do this) and I came up with nada. All I really want is to be able to
reset the user name as a part of my application's set preferences to
the unit's serial number, thus giving us and our clients an easy
way to track and maintain it remotely. (And in our company database)
Not like I'm trying to ripoff this PalmName app or anything...
