I am a Team Lead in the Internet Communications Division of 3Com.
Our group is focused on providing end to end VOIP solutions.
I have been developing some Palm application as part of our VOIP solution. I
follow this list daily and understand this isn't the best forum for this,
however,
I need more Palm developers. We have several more projects planned and
are trying to staff up quickly.

Position Requirements:
Qualifications:
Two or more years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Thorough knowledge of all aspects of the software development process.
Ability to create software architectures that are sufficiently robust and can
successfully evolve to meet feature requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Demonstrated commitment to quality and on-time delivery of products.
Skills/Experience:
Required:
Proficient in C
Experience architecting, designing, implementing, and debugging complex
software systems and applications.
Understanding of network protocols and communications standards.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Desired:
Experience in developing applications on the Palm Computing Platform.
Fundamental knowledge of IP networking
IrDA programming experience.
Education:
BS/MS in EE/CS or equivalent degree.
