'fraid not. This has been brought up in the past as a suggestion for a
future OS enhancement. It would certainly take a lot of the pain out
of accidental deletion of apps that patch OS traps. In the meantime
I think the suggestion was to patch the "delete database" trap and
keep an eye out for your own db name.
