I based my scrolling off of tables off of the O'Reilly
example.  I basically cut&pasted the scroll code and the
TableLoad and TableRowDraw functions and customized them
for my database.

AFAIR, they make no calles to TblRemoveRow() and TblInsertRow().
They just make the rows usable or not usable.  Works great
so far.
