Easy. PrefSetPreference( <preference>, <value> ) will do the trick
for one preference at a time, and you can do the entire pref data
structure with PrefSetPreferences.
Look in Preferences.h for a listing of all the preference values.
Second, you can get TRGPro and customize your flash ROM...but those
PIM's (memo pad, datebook, et al) are located in your ROM, so
essentially you'd need to customize your flash somehow.
