In general, when using C++ (or multiple segments with C) then you need 'MSL
Runtime Palm OS (2i).Lib'. This is documented somewhere.
(In reality, only certain C++ features require that library, and others
don't. But just go ahead and change to this library and see if your problem
goes away.)
