Constructor pegging CPU to 100%

Anyone experiencing this?

The second I launch Constructor, my CPU goes to 100%.

Oddly enough, my system does NOT go to a crawl - the
system seems fine.  It's just weird seeing my task
manager CPU Usage Bar in the system tray up to 100%.

I am running Windows 2000 Server -
