No, that's not right. If your app doesn't otherwise require a nilEvent
handler, then you can omit it and repeat buttons will work just fine.
I believe the original problem was simply due to returning 'true' instead of
'false' from the ctlRepeat handler, which was pointed out earlier in this
thread.
