I think it is working again. I was having the file not found problem a few
days ago, but can access it now.
When I ordered hardware from the Pavilion about a week ago, after entering
all the shipping/billing info, Palm displayed a message saying something
like, "an error occurred, try again." I was pissed off and decided I didn't
need a color device for testing anyway. Well, the next day I received the
unexpected order.
Seems Palms having other web site woes. For example, I get an error message
trying to search the knowledge base (or open an existing article).
