I have here the O'Reilly book "Palm Programming: The Developer's Guide".
In the copy I have, chapter 11 deals with registering conduits. Some of
its examples use a header file "CondMgre.h" or "Condmgre.h" (saw both ways
in different sample codes). Where would this header file be? I looked in
the CD that comes with the book and could not find it. Then I tried the
SDKs without much luck. Am I missing something? Could it be in the
O'Reilly or Palm website? Thanks.
