Download the Update 1 to the 3.5 SDK
(http://www.palmos.com/dev/tech/tools/sdk35.cgi). This contains a new
postlinker that fixes this bug.

Subject: Strange linker error ("font index not found")
Hi all,
I seem to have really broken my program in the last day or two...
I occassionally turn up a really bizarre error while compiling, "Link Error
: Unexpected Error #32. Font index not found.." Er, any ideas what this
means? I can usually just hit F7 again and it will (seemingly) compile
fine. Since this coincides with some sort of terrible bug in my s/w,
though, I suspect it may be significant!
