This error is due to the debugger not being able to connect to the device or
to the emulator to initiate the debugging session. It looks like you are
debugging to the device, so let me ask a couple of questions -- which device
are you debugging to? Also, are you able to HotSync successfully to the
device, and if so, on which COM port?

Hi Everyone,
I try to run the debugger and get an error that says
"The debug helper app could not be found
The registry key "BDWM" is not defined.
The Log shows:
"CmdReadRemoteMem: error in SlkReceivePacket =
Serial Link timeout.
Trying to Read address 0x0"
I have read the Knowledgebase article but have not gotten anywhere. I am
using OS3.5 SDK and have tried on win98 and 2000 with no difference.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
