We have actually covered it already here; the problem is that memory
allocated with FtrPtrNew() isn't being automatically freed upon a reset. A
patch is in the works, but I don't have details on distribution and so
forth.
It isn't a big deal to normal users; only those who reset frequently, or
run software that allocates tons of stuff in feature pointers and crashes
regularly :-) So we developers probably care much more than most people
would! But as I say, folks are working on an official patch.
