On my Palm Vx, I just double-click my MyApp.PRC file.
In the same way you might just use Start | Run | <FullPath>\MyApp.PRC

>From a program, you just "execute" your Palm app like a plain Windows
program.
Execute "MyApp.PRC" or "Start MyApp.PRC"

Last: Try executing   "C:\Palm\InstApp.exe   MyApp.prc"
